A Little About Me
Hey! I’m so happy you’re here!
I’m Melissa, and I am a musical theater performing artist based in Manhatten, NYC. I grew up in Loveland, Colorado beside the majestic Rocky Mountains. My grandmother inspired me to play the piano, so I started lessons at the age of six. My love for performing began when I was eight, at church; I toured churches around Colorado singing at services. From there, my passion for music flourished, and I discovered the world of musical theater. My parents tried to put me in sports, but the arts kept calling to me. I convinced my parents to let me join a competition dance team as well as study voice. In high school, I experienced the incredible community of theater artists, performing in musicals and plays every year.
After I graduated with my BFA in Musical Theater from Temple University, I have been performing and creating magic with Disney Cruise Line for almost three years. I can’t wait to see what my future holds!
